Recently, during a Sunday morning service, prayer time was especially heavy. Serious, life altering circumstances were shared to be lifted up in prayer to the One Who is in Charge. Tears filled my eyes as I listened to the pain in peopleʼs voices.And then, a little boy raised his hand. He asked that God heal the boo-boo on his knee. I marveled at this simple request in the midst of all the pain. God cares about every detail of our lives! No matter where we are in our journey, He is right beside us. Even when things donʼt make any sense at all....Heʼs right there! Even though I walk through the darkest valley,I will fear no evil,for You are with me;Your rod and Your staff,they comfort me.Psalm 23:4

Father God, MANY PEOPLE THINK YOU DONʼT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH THE DETAILS OF THEIR LIVES. NOT TRUE! You do care about the details. In fact, Youʼre the only One Who knows how many hairs are on my head! You and I have gone through a lot together. Even the times I thought Youʼd abandoned me; You did not! Thank You. I know I can depend on You through good times and bad. I know for sure that You can (and do) take care of Your children... whether itʼs a skinned knee or the pain of severe; life altering circumstances. Amen.
