Beloved Reader,

Many years ago, I asked the Lord to show me His Kingdom work here on earth and then asked to be a participant in that work. Little did I know how He would prepare my heart and mind for this task.

He is not anything like I thought He was. You can’t put Him in a box; You can’t contain Him! His power leaves me breathless with the way He moves on this earth in and through people, circumstances and things.

He gets the glory whether things are going well or not. I am secure in His love. My identity starts and stops in Jesus Christ and what He’s done for me.

Lisa’s Jars of Joy is taken from 2 Corinthians 4:7: We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.
